Playing with hanging core compression drills.

This is a fun drill to work the grip, forearm, lats, core, and hammies. The body is only as strong as the weakest link i.e. weak neck muscles (overuse of tech devices) can throw off your hammies causing dysfunction.

Likewise, if you train with iron be sure to work on your grip. Keep all fingers in proper contact with the iron at all times. This will save yourself from wrist, forearm, elbow, shoulder, neck jaw dysfunction or compensation patterns or energy leaks.

Work on your weakest links – don’t manage around them – hit them head-on and you’ll have more fun in the gym!
